Our primary goal is to help in your assessment of tenancy applications, to minimize your risk of potential income loss and rental property damage.
We have access to leading edge technology which enables us to access credit reporting information rapidly and respond to you quickly. Our credit reports are obtained from TransUnion of Canada.
We provide our clients with the resources of a large organization but with the personal attention of a smaller company. We are available evenings and weekends on an on-call basis for your convenience. After hours, we recommend that you leave a message advising that you have submitted a credit check request. We will process your request as soon as possible, but we guarantee a 24 hour turnaround time.
TenantCheck does not charge a registration fee to join and will not charge for a credit inquiry if the applicant does not have a credit record.
