IMPORTANT: In BC, if you are pursuing a tenant for damages or delinquency
in paying rent, you must file your claim within 15 days after the end of the

How
to check your personal credit report:
It
is recommended that everyone check their personal credit records once a
year. Canada has two primary credit reporting agencies and you can
contact them at the following toll-free numbers to have them mail you a
free copy of your credit file. You should be prepared to provide
identification. You can also order a copy on-line at each website
(fee of approximately $15)
