TCCS is a professional service dedicated to providing comprehensive credit

                       reporting information in the Province of British Columbia to landlords and

                       mortgage holders.  We can also access credit reports for tenants moving

                       from other provinces and from the United States.

                   TCCS provides it's clients with the resources of a large organization but

                       with the personal attention of a smaller company. We are available evenings

                       and weekends for your convenience, but you will usually need to leave a

                       message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

                   TCCS has access to leading edge technology which enables us to access

                       credit reporting information rapidly and respond to you quickly.

                   TCCS does not charge any extra membership or setup fees to access our

                       credit services. You will not be charged for a credit inquiry if the applicant

                       does not have a credit record.
